Booking Terms & Conditions for Private Transfers in Mallorca

Please read our booking terms and conditions for private transfers in Mallorca. At Majorca Transfer we want to offer you a transparent and professional service. Here you will find information about reservations, free cancellation policy, last-minute bookings and conditions of service for your airport transfer or private transport across the island.

Reservations

We accept online reservations with a minimum notice of 9 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

For exceptional last-minute bookings (less than 9 hours in advance), please contact us directly via WhatsApp. Last-minute reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

All reservations must include the following information:

  • Full name of the passenger(s)

  • Pick-up and drop-off location

  • Flight details (if applicable)

  • Number of passengers

  • Contact phone number

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 9 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations made with less than 9 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Payment Terms

All transfers must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.

Cash payments are not accepted unless previously agreed with our team.

Prices include VAT, luggage transport, and the selected route service. No hidden costs.

Transport Conditions

Majorca Transfer offers only private transfer services. No shared transfers are provided.

Our vehicles are exclusive for the clients included in the reservation.

The assigned vehicle will correspond to the one booked or a similar category (Mercedes V-Class or equivalent luxury vehicle).

We reserve the right to refuse transport to passengers who do not comply with safety regulations or show inappropriate behavior.

Children and babies must travel with the appropriate child restraint systems, which must be requested in advance.
