II. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation Policy: We accept online bookings with a minimum notice of 9 hours. For exceptional last-minute transfers, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Standard outbound and return pickups must be at least 9 hours apart. Same-day returns are available when this interval is met. For shorter intervals or a driver who stays with you, choose Prodriver. The minimum service value is €65 per one-way journey.
Free Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 9 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
III. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed to manage your booking request, answer your queries, and improve our services.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by sending a written request, along with a copy of your ID, to the registered address or via email to luis@majorcatransfer.com.
