Private transfers from Palma Airport (PMI)

Start your stay with a direct transfer to your accommodation. We serve Alcúdia, Playa de Muro and Pollença, as well as Palma, Sóller, Cala d’Or and destinations across Mallorca.

1. Add your flight number. This helps our team follow your arrival and coordinate pickup.
2. Check your booking instructions. Your driver meets you inside the terminal with your name displayed; follow the meeting point specified for your journey.
3. Keep your phone reachable. Let us know about a significant delay, diversion or change of flight.
4. Travel straight to your address. Your transfer is private, with no stops to collect unrelated passengers.

For your return to the airport, enter the pickup time and exact accommodation address. Contact us if you need help allowing enough time for traffic and your flight.

Palma cruise port and Alcúdia ferry transfers

Book transport between your port, airport and accommodation. Include the ship or ferry name and the terminal details available to you. Cruise passengers planning several stops should request Prodriver and agree the return time with our team.

Hotel, villa and point-to-point transfers

Moving between hotels, heading to an event or travelling to a private address? Enter both locations to compare available vehicles. A standard return booking covers two separate journeys, with at least 9 hours between pickups.

Child seats, bicycles and golf equipment

Count every traveller, including babies and children. Request baby seats, child seats or boosters during booking and provide the information requested for each child. Supplements appear before confirmation.

List your luggage accurately. Bicycle boxes, golf bags, wheelchairs and other oversized items may need a different vehicle or prior confirmation. Our fleet guide helps you compare categories; contact us if you are unsure about capacity.

Prodriver: your private chauffeur from 3 hours

For excursions, meetings, restaurant visits or an itinerary with several stops, choose Prodriver. Request a Mercedes V-Class with a private chauffeur for a minimum of 3 hours, for up to 7 passengers, or 6 when adding a guide.

Tell us your plans in the Prodriver request form. Our office reviews the itinerary and sends a proposal before payment. Hourly services have their own cancellation conditions.

Booking, payment and changes

Book a standard online transfer at least 9 hours before pickup. For shorter notice, contact our team to check availability.

Choose from the payment methods offered for your reservation, including secure online card payment when available. Follow the payment and confirmation instructions displayed for your booking. You can reserve as a guest and choose to create an account afterwards.

Standard transfers cancelled at least 9 hours before pickup qualify for a refund of the amount paid. Each return leg is assessed separately. Read the full booking terms before reserving.
