II. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation Policy: We accept online bookings with a minimum notice of 9 hours. For exceptional last-minute transfers, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Please note: It is not possible to book return transfers on the same day. Each transfer must be booked individually and on separate days. Additionally, there is a minimum booking price of €100 per transfer. This policy ensures our availability and maintains the quality of our services, preventing delays or logistical issues.

Free Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 9 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

III. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed to manage your booking request, answer your queries, and improve our services.
