The vehicle is private for the passengers on your booking. The service covers the agreed route. Let the team know beforehand if you require additional stops, waiting or special luggage so these can be checked and priced.
If something changes
Keep your phone reachable and contact the office with the booking reference for delays, flight changes or difficulty locating the driver. Changes depend on availability; a request is not accepted until the team confirms it.
