Comfort starts with a vehicle that suits your actual group and belongings. Passenger capacity alone does not describe the space needed for a family holiday or sports trip.

Count everyone travelling

Include children and babies in the passenger total. Request the seats or boosters needed during booking and provide the information requested for each child. Equipment not requested in advance cannot be guaranteed.

Describe the luggage, not just the suitcases

Declare pushchairs, bicycle boxes, golf bags and other large items. A vehicle that seats the whole group may not have room for every luggage combination. Compare the vehicle categories and ask for advice if anything is unclear.

Discuss mobility requirements before booking

Tell our team about mobility equipment and any assistance requirements. We need to confirm the vehicle's suitability and available arrangements; do not assume that every category offers the same access or equipment.

Keep your journey straightforward

For airport arrivals, add the flight number and follow the meeting instructions inside the terminal. For a hotel or villa pickup, provide the exact entrance. Book standard online transfers at least 9 hours ahead.
